Roofbuds (Chris & Guillermo) is a company I could not recommend enough. Communication via text or phone calls were professional and prompt. All questions answered, concerns discussed and addressed. They were very thorough during the inspection process. Provided pictures and videos to clearly show their findings which is extremely helpful while discussing a course of action. Not one time did Roofbuds use any pushy selling tactics, fear inducing language, etc.. Which again, is why it was so beneficial to SEE the pictures and videos which further aligned with their suggested maintenance and repairs. After the review process, I was confident in hiring this business to take care of my roof. Note... something I didn't mention to them, but a few weeks before having them come out, a door to door salesman for a roofing company came by and tried pointing out hail damage from my porch, trying to suggest I need a full roof replacement, they'll handle insurance blah blah blah. Too many people just take someone's word... After the repairs were completed, more pictures and videos to show the PROFESSIONAL work performed. In my opinion, it is nice to see the work performed without having to go up on the roof myself and risk injury. Roofbuds went above and beyond for our home, for that I'm grateful. Rarely do you find a business in the roofing industry that is so honest and thorough. This is a small family owned business that is clearly dedicated to providing outstanding customer service while also providing top level work. I could go on and on as I keep thinking of small details (all positive) to share. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROOFBUDS! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! RoofBuds inspected my old roof, went over all the information from their inspection and answered all my questions about shingles and roof installation. They did a great job replacing the roof and cleaned up all the nails and debris from my yard. Finally they registered my roof for the warranty. I couldn't be happier with RoofBuds during this whole process and can strongly recommend them to others.

When it comes to replacing roofs, these guys are the best. Not only do they work fast and efficiently, but they also clean up after themselves. I would give more stars if I could.

The process was really simple and easy, no hassle whatsoever. They did an amazing job on the roof, everything they said they were going to do was done. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.

My experience with having to fix my roof because of two hurricanes hitting Houston back to back in May then July started out frustrating, then to being very satisfied with a brand new roof with the help from Roofbuds. Guillermo was extremely responsive to messages and even tried helping get the insurance to raise their assessment of the damage. (A different topic but my insurance sucked and wouldn’t pay for it) Then worked with me to make sure they can give me an affordable option since I’m having to pay everything out of pocket without insurance’s help. If you want peace of mind that you will 1.) have a roof contractor that shows up when you expect, 2.) do a good job, 3.) leave your home cleaner than before they came, go with Roofbuds!

They did an amazing job, made the process easy and would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to do some work on their roof, fence, or any other project for your home. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
